You will want to give access to a user to a plan for reasons like payment was processed, but there was some issue with the banking system. You may even give temporary access to team members to verify how things work.

Here is how you can give access to a Subscription manually

  1. Select Users and then Manage Users from the left menu

  2. Click on the Manage button under the Action column of the user

You will see the list of plans or transactions that are currently active for the user.

Press the Add TVOD button and start fill in the details by choosing the details from the drop-down


Plan name: The drop-down will have all TVOD plans which you have created


Show name OR Video Name: You may have various TVOD shows or videos which will have the same plan name. So you will have to choose the show or video which you want to grant access to. One of these two fields is mandatory information


Country: Choose the country from the drop-down list.

Click on the Submit button.

The TVOD plan is activated for the user now.

Note: You can add more than one TVOD plan to a user and also extend the plan Validity.
