A live chat is a great way to spark a conversation with your viewers and use it to make them your fans

If possible, appoint a moderator -- they can respond to messages, manage comments, and delete posts that are improper.

Here is how to set up a live chat,

  • From the Content section of the left menu, select Live stream > Manage Live Chat

  • To allow users to chat, enable the toggle button of the Allow Live Chat option

  • Select the website or apps where you want to enable chats at the Endpoint section

After making the changes, hit the Submit button
