A live chat is a great way to spark a conversation with your viewers and use it to make them your fans
If possible, appoint a moderator -- they can respond to messages, manage comments, and delete posts that are improper.

Here is how to set up a live chat, for the Live Page:
From the Content section of the left menu, select Live stream > Manage Live Chat
To allow users to chat, enable the toggle button of the Allow Live Chat option
Select the website or apps where you want to enable chats at the Endpoint section
This option will be available only for the Website and mobile apps.
After making the changes, hit the Submit button
