Your viewers are your best critics. The reports under the content section of analytics help you understand what your viewers think of your video.

You can find the below reports under the Content section

  • Video Views

  • Videowise Summary

  • Content Partner

  • Download Reports

  • Movie Reports

Video Views

This report gives you an overview of the number of times and duration a video was watched. This data can be sliced based on date ranges, geography, devices, or even at a level of category, shows, and videos.

  • Select Analytics and then select Content from the Left Menu

  • Click on Video Views

  • The filters are available on the right side. The reports can also be downloaded as Excel worksheets.

Videowise Summary

This report gives you a clear idea of what videos are enjoyed and what is passed on. In fact, you can even understand where your viewers are leaving the video. If they are watching till halfway or skipping it almost at the beginning of it.

This understanding helps you determine if you should be creating similar content in the future.

The report can be sliced and diced based on devices (endpoints), date range, geography, language, and show level.

To view the Videowise summary,

  • Select Analytics and then select Content from the Left Menu

  • Click on Videowise Summary

  • The filters are available on the right side. The report can also be downloaded as an Excel worksheet.

Content Partner Report

Collaboration with multiple content creators is a great way to boost your content library. Ventuno makes managing content partners a breeze.

The content partner report gives you an overview of how each partner has contributed to your collection. Such as the number of videos added by each partner and the revenue generated by them.

This report can be sliced based on date ranges and individual partner levels.

To view the Content Partner Report

  • Select Analytics and then select Content from the Left Menu

  • Click on Content Partner Report

  • The filters viz date range and Partner – are available on the right side. Choose the filter conditions and click on the Filter button.

Download Report

If you have enabled video downloading your viewers would download them to view them on the go or for repetitive viewing. This report will help keep track of which videos are downloaded and how many times they have been downloaded.

The report can be sliced by videos or users. Furthermore, it can also be analyzed based on the status of the download or the devices used to download (endpoint).

  • Select Analytics and then select Content from the Left Menu

  • Click on Download Report

This report can also be downloaded as an Excel worksheet for further analysis (eg. Sorting by country.)

Movie Report

This report gives you the details of movies in your library. The meta details of the movie such as casting, year of production, date of publishing, the TVOD plan under which it is available, the partner who added it to your library.

  • Select Analytics and then select Content from the Left Menu

  • Click on Download Report

This report can also be downloaded as an Excel worksheet for further analysis (eg. Sorting by TVOD Plan price and aggregating by the same.)
