Select the “Payment & Subscriptions” section.

The authentication page will be opened.
​ Note: Log in to your account with the same credentials used on your TV.

Select the “Subscriptions” section, you can find the active services list.
​

Select “Manage” of the respective plan to proceed with the cancelation.
​

Select the “Cancel subscription” button.
​

Please select the reason for subscription cancellation and select “Continue” to complete the process.
​

Select “Cancel subscription” to complete the process.
​

After successful cancellation, this dialogue will appear, and the “canceled” tag is mentioned in the Active Subscription section.

To re-subscribe the plan, click on the “Resubscribe” button to continue your subscription.
