You may want to reset a user's password upon request or in other scenarios. Here is how you do it
From the User section of the left menu, select Users > Manage Users
Click on the Manage button under the Action column of a user
💡 Pro tip: Use the email/ username filter to select a particular user
Once the user's profile is opened, you can simply click the Reset Password button.
Type in the new password and click on the Reset password button
⚠️ Note: You can send an email alert to the user by checking the Send Mail checkbox
