Here is how your users can reset their password
When a user wants to sign in and does not remember their password, they can click on the Forgot Password option above the Sign-in button
On the page that shows up, the user will have to type in their registered email address and click on the Send Instructions button
The user will now receive an email with an OTP, they will have to type in the OTP to reset their password
The user should type in the OTP and click on the Verify Code button
On verifying OTP, they can reset to a new password. Type and confirm a password (to avoid typos) and click the Reset Password button.
The user can access your streaming service with their new credentialss now
