User Feedback is used to describe the helpful information from an individual about your content, activity, or behavior which will be helpful for you to adjust and improve current and future ideas and behaviors.

Before receiving feedback from your users, you should enable the feedback option in your endpoints. Please contact us to enable the same.

Once it's enabled in the endpoints, user can share their view based on each video and show.

Where you can view your user feedback?

Select Users >Users Feedback from Left Menu,

Here, you can see all of your user feedback along with user name, email, date, and the show details.

You can also retrieve user feedback for a specific duration or a specific show using the filter placed on the right-hand side.
