If you have recently added some new content or want to add reference page links like Wikipedia or IMDB to your existing content, then you can able to add them using the below option available on the platform.

These links were mainly used while integrating Google search for Google TV, Roku universal search integration, etc., This will make your content visible in the universal TV search for Google TV and Roku TV apps.

Please follow the steps below to add a reference link for your content:

You could able to add the reference links in three places:

1. At the Show level- Create show and Edit show pages

2. At the Season level- Create Seasons and Edit Season(for existing Seasons)

3. At the Video level- Upload videos and the "Manage Video" page(for existing videos).

How this feature works:

  • On the above-mentioned pages, You can add IMDB as well as Wikipedia links for respective categories.

  • You can paste the IMDB or Wikipedia link in the Movie Reference URL field.

  • The entered link format URL structure is validated-

  • IMDB links should start with- https://www.imdb.com/title/*** for IMDB links.

Note: Here * denotes anything after this

By adding the reference URL, you can verify the content details were updated properly with reference to the added links if you are using Google TV search or Roku search integrations.

The details added here will be updated automatically if you already have a Google or Roku Feed generated for your content with the reference link attribute.
