If you uploaded a wrong video or you want to replace an existing video with some changes in the content, then the video replacement option will help to achieve this through the platform.

1. From the left menu, Select Organize → Video/Audio Library

2. Under Video Library, select the "Manage video" button next to the video you want to replace on the platform.

Select the "Replace" button next to the video player.

The upload page with the existing video thumb will be displayed with a select file for the upload page.

Select the upload button and add the new video you want to upload

The new video will start uploading and it will be moved to In-progress videos for encoding.

Uploading a new video will not impact the current video playback on the endpoints. Once the encoding is completed, the new video will start playing on the website and apps.

Once encoding is completed automatically replace the existing video URL, and video duration.

Note: Once uploaded, the video may still show the old video for a short period while the video finishes transcoding in the background.

If the video is replaced on the platform, then the video replaced date and time will be added on the Manage video page. (Sample screenshot attached below).
