While exploring the Ventuno platform, if you are unable to find what you are looking for, or if you have any questions or feature requests you can send an email to our support team using this option and they will assist you.

You can also share your valuable feedback with us about the platform on which we are constantly working to improve your user experience.

Follow the steps below to contact our support team:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Left menu where you can the Support option.

2. Selecting the option will take you to the support page as shown in the below screenshot.

3. Your name and email ID will be prefilled as you have provided those options during the Sign-up Process.

4. Contact number- You can leave the contact number field as it is or you can edit it and enter your number as well.

5. Under the Subject, you have a number of options to choose from the drop-down menu such as Billing, Plans, Platform Management, and others if you need to get in touch for any other reason.

6. Once the subject is selected, you can enter your questions or suggestions in your message section and press submit.

7. Once the submit button is clicked, an email with the details you have filled in will be sent to our support team and they will reach you using the contact details you have provided.

8. You can check your doubts regarding the platform features in our help center.
