A thumbnail is a great way to showcase your content. You can display your playlists with stunning thumbnails to convince your users to watch more.
Ensure the image (thumbnail) satisfies the below:
Format: The thumbnail should be in jpg or png format
Image Ratio: The thumbnail image ratio should be 16:9, 4:3, 3:4, 1:1.
Max resolution for each image ratio: 16:9 - 2560x1440, 4:3 - 800x600, 3:4 - 1200x1600, 1:1 - 1080x1080
If an image is not of the specified form or ratio, you will be unable to add it.

You can add thumbnails while creating a playlist. You can also upload the thumbnails later. You can add one thumbnail in each ratio.
To upload/modify the thumbnail of a playlist
1. From the Content section of the left menu select Organize -> Playlist
You will see the list of available Playlists
2. Select the Edit Button under the Action Column of the required Playlist
You will now see the details of the chosen Playlist
3. Click on the suitable ratio under the poster section, and upload the Image
💡 Pro tip: Each thumbnail is best suited for an end-point. For example, the 16:9 thumbnail looks great on websites and TV apps; whereas the 3:4 would be ideal for your mobile apps.
4. Click the Submit button, once the image is uploaded.
⏳ Your website and apps will reflect the uploaded thumbnail for the playlist after 15- 30 minutes.
