To know who, when, and where is downloading your Samsung TV app, all you have to do is check the reports on the developer portal. Here is how you can do it.
Open the Samsung Developer portal and Login to your account and then select TV Seller Office
From the Report section of the left menu, select Samsung Smart TV Analytics
Choose the required data to filter such as time frame, release, app, and metrics and then click on the Search button
You can also export the data as an Excel sheet for further analysis
