When choosing a payment gateway for your streaming service, ensure that your transactions are secure and reliable.

Security: The payment gateway should be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure that all transactions are secure and protected from fraud.
Payment options: Your payment gateway should support multiple payment methods such as credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and bank transfers to provide your customers with a convenient and flexible payment experience.
Recurring billing: If you offer subscription-based streaming services, choose a payment gateway that supports recurring billing and offers automated invoicing and billing management.
Customer support: Look for a payment gateway provider that offers 24/7 customer support and responsive technical assistance to ensure that your payment processing is always up and running smoothly.
Regional Popularity: It's a good idea to choose the payment gateway that's commonly used in your region. This is because most users are already familiar with paying through that gateway, which can make the payment process smoother and more efficient.
To set up the payment process for your streaming service, we'll need you to grant us access to your payment gateway.
In this article, I will walk you through the process of granting the required access
Stripe Payment Gateway
Log in to the Stripe dashboard and navigate to Business Settings.
Click Team.
Select + New Member in the top right.
Add our email address to invite us to the Stripe account.
Select the role -
Rolename.More information about each role's permissions can be found here.
Click Invite to send the invitation email.
Paypal Payment Gateway
We have integrated Paypal via Braintree and you need to link your Paypal account with Braintree.
Then you will have to share the admin access or share the Braintree credentials for integration.
In-app Payment gateway access:
To set up in-app payments, we'll need you to provide us with "Admin" access to your app store accounts. Once we have access, we'll take care of integrating the payments for you.
Just keep in mind that for platforms like Apple, Amazon Fire, and Roku, you'll need to update the Tax and Banking information on your app store account to make the in-app payments work.
⚠️ Note: if you only give us Developer access instead of Admin access, you'll need to make some of the required changes yourself when submitting the app.
