You might want to add a plan for a user from the backend for various reasons and here is how you go about it
From the user section of the left menu, select Users > Manage User
Select the profile of the user by filtering options like email or username
Click on the Manage button under the Action column
To add a TVOD/ Bundle
Scroll down to the TVOD Details section below the user details.
Click on the Add TVOD button
You can select the plan name and other details from the respective dropdowns.
Click Submit
You've added the TVOD plan for the user from the backend.
Adding an SVOD Plan
SVOD plans can be similarly added by scrolling down to SVOD Summary details section
