The User message feature can help you to send a personalized message to one or more specific users inside an app.

For Example: If you want to give a discount to a particular user since they are your long-time user, you can achieve it through the User Message.

Select User Message under the Users section from Left Menu, then select Send Message button

Now, you will be able to see the below screen. Here, fill out the details such as the subject of the message, message content, delivery date, and the user name or a set of users.

Note: You can also schedule the message for future days.

Once the details are filled in, select Submit.

Users can receive the message within the app and not outside the app. For this, we need to have the Message section in the Menu to display the message to your users.
