To set up the audio encoding profile, follow the below steps
From the Content section of the left menu select Encode and then select Encoding Audio Profile
Click on the New Profile button to setup a new profile or click on Edit to customize an existing profile
Choose the values for
Audio type - MP4 / M3U8
Audio Bitrate
Audio Surround Sound - 2.1/5.1
Audio Sample Rate
Status - Active/ Inactive
Hit the Save Profile button
Here is a table with recommended ideal values. However you can choose them based on your requirements
