Store Submission and Live Process

Apps may be submitted for public release on the App Marketplace for all users to install. Once you have submitted an app, the Marketplace team will conduct a Submission Review. If successfully approved, your app will be available on a public landing page featuring the app and through an embeddable button for external installation.

Ventuno platform supported endpoints are,

Website:

  • Once the website development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the internal checklist are proper on our Website.

  • We would require the SSL certificate from the client for security reasons.

  • Then, we will provide you with the static IP address that needs to be pointed to your DNS (Domain provider).

  • Once the mapping is done, we will initiate rebuilding your Website.

  • In the period of 3-24 hours, your website will be taken live.

Android app:

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the Android app checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • We would require the App store content details from the client if new app creator.

  • We would also require account access for apps@ventunotech.com ID that we will use for app submission purposes.

  • If you are creating an application for the first time, then we will create the Android app certificates for you based on the app content data given to us.

  • If you are having an existing application and looking for Migration with us, then you need to share the existing Android app certificate created initially.

  • Along with certification, we also require Key Alias(string), Key Password (string), Store File (.jks file), Store Password (string)

  • Once the certification part is completed, we will initiate generating the Signed/Released APK.

  • Along with that, we will fill out basic details that are requested in the Google play store such as App name, Package name, etc based on the app content data given to us.

  • We will then fill in the App Rating and Age Restriction details based on the data given to us. The rating and restrictions parameters might change in the app store. We will pause the process if clarifications are needed and will resume once the client provides the needed clarifications.

  • Then, the internal app release process takes place for the limited users(Whiteisting the tester email Ids)

  • After the successful completion of the above points, we will proceed to submit the app for Google team review

  • During the review, if there is a content rights issue raised by Google, you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the Google team initiates the review process again.

  • In the period of 3 to 7 days, your app will be taken live in the Google play store.

iOS app:

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the iOS app checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • We would require the App store content details from the client.

  • We would also require account access for apps@ventunotech.com ID that we will use for app submission purposes.

  • In addition, the In-app plan pricing details from the client are required to create the same from our end.

  • Then, we will initiate generating the IPA file or Testflight app release.

  • The client now has Testflight access to the app for pre-release testing. If the client wants we can add more email ids for Testflight access*

  • Along with that, we will fill out basic details that are requested in the Apple store such as App name, Package name, etc based on the app content data given to us.

  • We will then fill in the App Rating and Age Restriction details based on the data given to us. The rating and restriction parameters might change in the app store. We will pause the process if clarifications are needed and will resume once the client provides the needed clarifications.

  • After the successful completion of the above points, we will proceed to submit the app along with the content rights document for the Apple team review

  • During the review, if there is a content rights issue raised by Apple, you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the Apple team initiates the review process again.

  • In the period of 7 to 14 days, your app will be taken live in the App store.

  • In addition, Apple will periodically update or introduce new Apple App Store Terms & conditions. Clients are expected to keep a tab on these and review and agree to the new or updated terms & conditions. We will not be able to publish or update the App unless the App Owner (client) has agreed to all the mandatory terms & conditions. In such a case, we will intimate the client and we will not be able to proceed until the client reviews and agrees to the new or updated terms and conditions.

Android TV:

  • If you are having an existing application and looking for Migration with us, then you need to share the existing Fire tv app certificate created initially.

  • Once the certification part is completed, we will initiate generating the Signed/Released Fire Tv APK.

  • Along with that, we will fill out basic details that are requested in the Amazon store such as App name, Package name, etc based on the app content data given to us.

  • We will then fill in the App Rating and Age Restriction details based on the data given to us. The rating and restriction parameters might change in the app store. We will pause the process if clarifications are needed and will resume once the client provides the needed clarifications.

  • Then, the internal app release process takes place for the limited users(Whiteisting the tester email Ids)

  • During the review, if there is a content rights issue raised by Amazon, you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the Amazon team initiates the review process again.

  • In the period of 3 to 7 days, your app will be taken live in the Amazon store.

Roku Tv:

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the Roku tv app checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • We would require the App store content details from the client.

  • We would also require account access for apps@ventunotech.com ID that we will use for app submission purposes.

  • If you are creating an application for the first time, then we will create the Android app certificates for you based on the app content data given to us.

  • If you are having an existing application and looking for Migration with us, then you need to share the existing Android app certificate created initially.

  • Once the certification part is completed, we will initiate generating the Vanity URL for Roku Tv.

  • After the successful completion of the above points, we will proceed to submit the app for the Roku team review

  • During the review, if there is a content rights issue raised by Roku, you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the Roku team initiates the review process again.

  • In the period of 7 to 14 days, your app will be taken live in the Roku app store.

Apple Tv:

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the Apple tv app checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • We would require the App store content details from the client.
    (Ignore if already provided for iOS App)

  • We would also require account access for apps@ventunotech.com ID that we will use for app submission purposes.
    (Ignore if already provided for iOS App)

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the Samsung Apps TV Sellers checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • The client has to create an account at the Samsung Apps TV Sellers portal and share the credentials with us

  • Then, we will initiate generating the APK file and keep it ready for submission

  • Along with that, we will fill out basic details that are requested in the Samsung Apps TV Sellers portal such as App name, Package name, etc based on the app content data given to us.

  • We will then fill in the App Rating and Age Restriction details based on the data given to us. The rating and restriction parameters might change in the app store. We will pause the process if clarifications are needed and will resume once the client provides the needed clarifications.

  • We will also create the other necessary documents for the Samsung Apps TV Sellers portal such as the ‘UI/UX’ document & ‘Self Checklist’ document

  • After the successful completion of the above points, we will proceed to submit the app along with the content rights document for the Samsung Apps TV Sellers team review

  • During the review, if there are content rights issues raised by Samsung Apps TV Sellers portal , you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the Samsung Apps TV Sellers portal will initiate the review process again.

  • In the period of 14 to 30 days, your app will be taken live in the App store.

  • Once the Samsung TV Sellers account is created using https://seller.samsungapps.com/tv/login, the account will automatically become a 'Public Seller` member.

  • Then you have to apply within the portal to become a 'Partner Seller' member. Once you applied to become a partner seller, a representative from the Samsung TV Sellers portal will approach you and share the guidelines to become a partner seller.

  • Note: The app will be available only to the US region if the account has a Public Seller.

LG Tv:

  • Once the app development and the QA phase are done, we will proceed to test and assure the LG Seller Lounge checklist guidelines are proper in our app.

  • The client has to create an account at the LG Seller Lounge portal and share the credentials with us.

  • Then, we will initiate generating the IPK file and keep it ready for submission

  • Along with that, we will fill out basic details that are requested in the LG Seller Lounge portal such as App name, Package name, etc based on the app content data given to us.

  • We will then fill in the App Rating and Age Restriction details based on the data given to us. The rating and restriction parameters might change in the app store. We will pause the process if clarifications are needed and will resume once the client provides the needed clarifications.

  • We will also create the other necessary documents for the LG Seller Lounge portal such as the ‘UI/UX’ document & ‘Self Checklist’ document.

  • After the successful completion of the above points, we will proceed to submit the app along with the content rights document for the LG Seller Lounge team review

  • During the review, if there are content rights issues raised by LG Seller Lounge portal,, you have to submit content rights documents to make sure that you have all the rights for the content to publish and then the LG Seller Lounge portal will initiate the review process again.

  • In the period of 14 to 30 days, your app will be taken live in the App store.
